My Fitness Goals

I will add stuff to this a little at a time, but here is my list of why I am losing weight (notice I didn’t say trying to lose weight):

1. I want to wear a size 8 pants (cause I know realistically will never fit a 2 again)

2. I need to be able to keep up with my growing kids, Monster will be walking soon

3. I don’t want to huff and puff going up the stairs.
