I put the date because frankly I could not think of a title. Anyway, today went pretty good. Did the Deep Water Aerobics and Stroller Fitness back to back again. Monster was getting grouchy so we left a half hour early and I went on the recumbent bike. Rode 2.36 miles in 10 minutes and 33 seconds. Not to bad for not working out in over a week.
Now I am tired though and think I might actually go to bed early tonight. But we will see. Well that is it for now. I know it is not very exciting. And I should go into more depth but hey, it is Monday and I still have to put laundry away. So that is all folks. Keep up the good work and I will keep going on my journey.
